WHERE IS THE SHOW & HOST HOTEL?
The 2023 NPC Triumph will take place at the Le Méridien Dania Beach – 1825 Griffin Rd, Dania Beach, FL 33004 . This is also our host hotel.
WHO CAN COMPETE IN THE SHOW?
This contest is open to all current NPC USA Amateur Athletes.
If you are not already an active member of the NPC USA, all you need to do is purchase a NPC Card and then you can register for the show!
DEADLINE TO COMPETE IN THE SHOW?
Online registration will close at end of day, Wednesday May 17, 2023. You will still be able to register in-person during check-ins on Friday but there will be a $50 late fee.
Friday check-ins will take place at the host hotel Le Méridien from 5:00-7:00 PM

TIME OF CHECK-INS? ARE THEY MANDATORY?
Check-ins are mandatory for all athletes and will take place at the Host Hotel.
They will take place from 5:00-7:00PM on Friday July 7,2023.

BACKSTAGE PUMP UP RULES
You cannot bring weights for pump up backstage. You can only bring bands to use in the dressing room or holding areas for pumping up.
HOW LONG DO I HAVE TO POSE ON STAGE?
You will have about 20-30 seconds for your Mandatory poses before the class comparisions.
Men & Women’s Bodybuilding, Classic, Women’s Physique routines can be no longer than 60 seconds.
Fitness routines can be no longer than 2 minutes.
ARE TRAINERS/COACHES ALLOWED BACKSTAGE?
Your Trainer/Coach may be backstage as long as he/she purchases a Backstage pass and a ticket to the show.
In addition, he/she must also be a current member of either the NPC or the IFBB Pro League.
The passes can be purchased from the Box Office starting Saturday Morning for $100.
CAN I HAVE MY OWN PHOTOGRAPHER/VIDEO TEAM WITH ME?
No photo or video cameras are allowed backstage or inside of the event. They can be and are encouraged to be used in the hallways outside and around the hotel.

CAN I BRING MY HAIR/MAKE-UP PERSON WITH ME?
No, you cannot have a glam/make-up/hair person with you in the dressing rooms backstage. We will have Hot Spot Tanning’s hair and make-up team on site if you need their services.
If a friend or MUA is helping, you would have to get ready in your hotel room prior then come to the show.
PURCHASE A NEW OR FIX A BROKEN POSING SUIT
If you are looking to purchase a new suit, happen to leave your competition suit at home, or it breaks as you are backstage. We have CJ’S ELITE Competiton Suits who will have extra suits and can fix almost anything right there on the spot.
CJ can be found during check-ins or the day of the show in the line up area backstage.
